Before the program, I felt I was at a point of no return with my weight. I felt like I had so much weight to lose that it was overwhelming, and therefore, why bother because it would take so long. But I was miserable – both mentally and physically, not to mention tired all the time. I had been wearing the same 3 pair of pants for the last year because I was determined not to buy a size larger. My underwear had even become too small and I felt terrible about my appearance. At the end of 2012, two of my friends did the Simply Slim the program. I was STUNNED by how much weight they each had lost in such a short amount of time. That intrigued and motivated me to find out more about the program. So I did and I started the first week of January. By February 14th I lost 25 pounds!!!! I can’t believe how much my body and my energy level have changed in that short amount of time. The program is very strict but the weight comes off very fast which is an incredible motivator! I’m not going to lie…the program is hard and strict but SO worth it!!! I feel like my old self. I went shopping in my own closet!! I can wear more than 3 pairs of pants now…not to mention skirts and dresses! My appetite has changed as well. I realized I don’t need tons and tons of food to feel satisfied. It is if my satiety mechanism was reset. Maintenance has been EASY. Thank you Simply Slim for changing my life!
